I am a British artist based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. My favourite subjects are inspired by the landscape, particularly the Lincolnshire landscape where I was born. I prefer to work in watercolour for my landscapes, and coloured pencils for pet portraits. Though I enjoy from time to time using mixed media and I have dabbled with oils, and acrylics.
I attended York College of Art and Technology, and Coventry University where I studied for a degree in Graphic Design.
I am a regular exhibitor at Carre Gallery, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, and my work is in collections throughout the UK, as well as Australia and Hong Kong.
I regularly produce pet portrait commissions using coloured pencil. If you are interested in a pet portrait please contact me using the contact section of this website. You can see a selection of my pet portraits in the Drawing section of this website.
In 2013 I won the Carre Gallery Award for my painting Sunset at Silk Willoughby.
I teach watercolour and mixed media painting at the Riverside Church Art Group in Sleaford on Wednesday afternoons (1pm - 3pm). If you are interested in lessons or joining the group, please contact me using the contact section on this website.
